  • First and foremost, I am a husband to an incredibly supportive wife, whom graciously accepts the endurance life, and father to three incredible children, who I hope looks to me to know that anything is achievable in life with hard work and dedication. We love the life we have in the Cincinnati, OH area.

    I took up running in my early 30s to better control my diabetes. While the condition does make endurance sport more challenging, it is a primary “Why?”

    It started with 5ks and half marathons. These opened doors to 50, 75 and 100 mile adventures and my passion continues to grow.

    I became compelled to help others get fit, find adventure and be proud of accomplishing goals they never thought possible, so I acquired a UESCA Running Certification in 2021. I aim to continue to grow and develop coaching skills to be a future coach for my children - in any endeavor they chose.

  • Before the pandemic, I focused on marathons and proud to have completed Chicago, NYC and Cincinnati’s Flying Pig, among others.

    In 2020, I turned fully to ultra trail racing and have completed:

    • Chattanooga 50

    • Empower Ultras 12 Hr Trail Run (1st)

    • Mohican 50 (7th)

    • Rim 2 River 100 (Sub 24 hour Finish)

    • The Georgia Death Race

    • Shawnee Hills 100k (2nd)
